PAYMENT POLICY

Last updated: September 15, 2026.

This Payment Policy explains how payments, transactions, withdrawals, and other financial operations are handled on the website rust-depot.org (the “Platform” or “Site”).

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

The Platform is operated by KILROPOD LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 17417936, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, United Kingdom, W1W 5PF (referred to herein as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

All transactions carried out on the Platform are handled through duly authorized third-party payment service providers, each licensed or otherwise permitted to offer payment services within the relevant jurisdiction.

The Company does not retain full card numbers or sensitive authentication details.

The Company does not operate internal user wallets, nor does it hold or take custody of user funds. Every payment is processed and finalized by our payment partners in line with applicable regulations and payment network rules.

By confirming a transaction, users accept the disclosed fees and charges.

Fees imposed directly by payment providers or issuing banks (such as currency-conversion charges) fall outside the Company’s control and are subject to that provider’s own fee schedule.

6. Refunds

Refunds may be granted in specific circumstances, including technical failures or non-delivery of purchased goods or services within the stated timeframe.

Digital products are delivered within 10-14 days.

Should delivery not take place within this window, users may request a refund by contacting support via email at info@rust-depot.org.
